..Title Amending Chapter 17-1500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Annual Disparity Study and Participation Goals," by providing for further detail relating to, among other things, North American Industry Classification System ("NAICS") Codes, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 17-1500 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 17-1500. ANNUAL DISPARITY STUDY AND PARTICIPATION GOALS * * * § 17-1502. DBE Categories That Must Be Separately Considered. * * * (3) In conducting the Annual Disparity Study and devising the Annual Participation Goals as required by Section 6-109 of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, the Finance Director shall separately consider, to the extent practicable, individual service categories identified by North American Industry Classification System ("NAICS") Codes. * * * § 17-1504. Other Matters That Must Be Included in Annual Report. (1) The Finance Director's annual report required by Section 6-109 of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter shall, in addition to the Annual Disparity Study and the Annual Participation Goals, include the following related matters: * * * (e) A breakdown, by NAICS Code, of the various types and dollar value of services provided to the City (whether by prime contract or by subcontract) by disadvantaged business enterprises. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
