Transmitting a bill amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," Subcode R, entitled 'The Philadelphia Residential Code," by adding amendments to the 2015 edition of the 'International Residential Code' as adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Subcode EC, entitled the Philadelphia Energy Conservation Code, by addition amendments as adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Subcode P, entitled 'The Philadelphia Plumbing Code,' to allow for technical amendments to be made by regulations, all to conform with he Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code Act, all under certain terms and conditions.
