October 18, 2018 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am hereby returning without my signature Bill No. 180498-AAA, which was passed by Council at its session on October 4, 2018. This bill outlines the procedures for the Administrative Review process for cases that were previously approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustments and need to modify the scope of their original approval. While these types of changes are fairly routine, the imposition of a 120-day time limit will significantly hamper development by forcing these changes to go backwards through the system to the Zoning Board of Adjustments for a second time.
