..Title Amending Section 12-905 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permits for Curb Loading Zones," to exempt businesses on streets with designated bicycle lanes from any fee for designation of a curb loading zone, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-905 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 12-905. Permits for Curb Loading Zones. * * * (6) No fee shall be required for the designation of a curb loading zone in front of any public building, theater, school, church or hospital. Moreover, no fee shall be required for the designation of a curb loading zone in front of any business located on a street with a designated bicycle lane. SECTION 2.
