..Title Establishing a parking regulation on Germantown Avenue, W. Phil-Ellena Street to Gorgas Lane, both sides. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulations are hereby established: Two - Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday Germantown Avenue, West Phil-Ellena Street to Westview Street, west side Two - Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday Germantown Avenue, Westview Street to Carpenter Lane, west side Germantown Avenue, Hortter Street to Gorgas Lane, east side SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
