..Title Revising parking regulations for South Street, from 21st Street to 27th Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: NO STOPPING ANY TIME TOW AWAY ZONE South Street, from 21st Street to 27th Street, south side. SECTION 2. All prior parking regulations for South Street, 21st Street to 27th Street, south side, are hereby rescinded. ..End
