..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on both sides of 56th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, 57th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, and Vine street between 56th Street and 57th Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * (.399) Both sides of 56th Street, between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street. (.400) Both sides of 57th Street, between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street. (.401) Both sides of Vine street, between 56th Street and 57th Street. * * * SECTION 2.
