..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by amending the "/CDO, Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District," to revise provisions relating to river access streets; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * � 14-507. /CDO, Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District. * * * (3) River Access Streets. For the purposes of this � 14-507, "river access streets" shall mean the following streets: (a) Dickinson Street. (b) Washington Avenue. (c) Christian Street. (d) Race Street. (e) Callowhill Street. (f) Spring Garden Street. (g) Frankford Avenue. (h) Columbia Avenue. (i) Tasker Street (j) Mifflin Street (k) South Street (l) Walnut Street (m) Market Street (n) Chestnut Street * * * SECTION 2.
