..Title Establishing a parking regulation on Park avenue, both sides, Dauphin street to Susquehanna avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday - Friday Except #30 Park avenue, both sides, Dauphin street to Susquehanna avenue. ..End
