..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by revising the limitations on a permissible location on Castor Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: � 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (jjj) The sidewalk and the curb lane of the west side of Castor Avenue in front of 6434 Castor Avenue[, provided the hours of operation shall be Wednesdays from 1 PM to 7 PM, from July 11, 2018, through October 31, 2018, only]. * * * SECTION 2.
