..Title Establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of Milnor Street, from Duncan Street to Orthodox Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established: NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME Both sides of Milnor Street from Duncan Street to Orthodox Street. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
