..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on City Avenue between Haverford Avenue and 77th Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * �9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * (.400) City Avenue, between Haverford Avenue and 77th Street * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon becoming law. ..End
