..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 106 by establishing a curved corner at the intersection of the westerly side of Thirty-Fourth Street and the northeasterly side of Mantua Avenue and establishing a curb bump-out extending along the northeasterly curbline of said Mantua Avenue from Thirty-Fourth Street to a point northwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-402 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 106 by: a) Establishing a curved corner having a radius of approximately eight feet at the intersection of the westerly side of Thirty-Fourth Street and the northeasterly side of Mantua Avenue and placing on the City Plan the resultant fillet area between the proposed curve and the existing houselines of said Thirty-Fourth Street and Mantua Avenue. b) Relocating a portion of the northeasterly curbline of said Mantua Avenue to establish a curb bump-out extending along said Mantua Avenue from Thirty-Fourth Street to a point approximately seventy-two feet northwestwardly therefrom. SECTION 2. This authorization shall be conditional upon the dedication to the City by the owner or owners of property affected thereby, without cost and free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of the fillet area between the proposed curved corner and the existing houselines of Thirty-Fourth Street and Mantua Avenue being placed on the City Plan by authority of this Ordinance. ..End
