..Title Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by prohibiting vending along certain portions of Spring Garden street; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: � 9-203. Street Vendors. * * * (7) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways: * * * (.4) The south side of Spring Garden street between [15th] Broad street and 16th street; SECTION 2.
