..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: � 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (lll) The sidewalk and adjoining curb lane of the east side of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard from the Race Street Pier to a point approximately 150 feet south of the Cherry Street Pier. (mmm) The sidewalks and adjoining curb lanes of the east and west sides of North Front Street between Oxford Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue. * * * SECTION 2.
