The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP#24/23 12th street, both sides, Passyunk avenue to Moore street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 24 Emily street, south side, S. 8th street to S. 7th street. SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 7:00 AM- 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 24 Dudley street, south side, S. 8th street to S. 7th street. SECTION 4.
