..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of 85th and 86th Streets, Eastwick Avenue, and Harley and Luther Places, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following one-way regulations are hereby established: (a) 86th Street, between Eastwick Avenue and Luther Place one-way Southbound. (b) 85th Street, between Eastwick Avenue and Luther Place one-way Northbound. (c) Eastwick Avenue, between 85th Street and 86th Street one-way Eastbound. (d) Harley Place, between 85th Street and 86th Street one-way Westbound (e) Luther Place, between 85th Street and 86th Street one-way Westbound SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after it becomes law. ..End
