..Title Amending Section 11-203(3) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sewer and Water Pipe and Other Underground Service," to authorize revision of the length of time during which a permit to maintain a plumber's ditch remains valid. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 11-203(3) of the Philadelphia Code is amended as follows: * * * TITLE 11. STREETS CHAPTER 11-200. OPENINGS AND EXCAVATIONS IN THE STREETS * * * � 11-203 Sewer and Water Pipe and Other Underground Service * * * (3) No permit issued under this Section shall be operative after a period of thirty (30) days from its effective date or, if no effective date is specified, from the date it is issued, or after such other period of time that the Department may establish by regulation.
