..Title Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by changing certain boundaries and establishing new permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS * * * �12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts. * * * (2) Permit parking districts enumerated. * * * (i) District 9 - North Philadelphia/Norris West: [1400 block West Norris street; 1500 block West Norris street; 2000 block North Fifteenth street; 2000 block North Carlisle street; 1500 block West Page street; 1500 block West Fontain street] The area bounded by the south side of Lehigh avenue on the north; the east side of Sedgley avenue on the west; the north side of Montgomery avenue on the south; and the west side of Broad street on the east. * * * (r) District 17 - [The area bounded by Cecil B. Moore avenue on the north, Fairmount avenue on the south, Broad street on the east and Fairmount Park on the west.] The area bounded by the south side of Montgomery avenue on the north, the north side of Fairmount avenue on the south, the west side of Broad street on the east, and Fairmount Park on the west. * * * (al) District 37 - Strawberry Mansion: The area bounded by the south side of Lehigh avenue on the north, Fairmount Park on the west, the north side of Montgomery avenue on the south; and the west side of Sedgley avenue on the east. * * * SECTION 2.
