The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP#33 Reed street, both sides, S. 3rd street to 4th street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP#33/23 Federal street, both sides, S. 5th street to S. 6th street. SECTION 3.
