The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except #27/26 S. 15th street, west side, Morris street to Moore street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Friday Except #27 S. 15th street, both sides, Moore street to Mifflin street. SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Saturday Except #27/26 S. 16th Street, both sides, Morris street to Moore street. SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except #27 S. 16th Street, both sides, Ritner street to Porter street. SECTION 5.
