Bouvier street and Oxford street; Francis street and Ridge avenue; Folsom street and N. 27th street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP #17 N. Bouvier street, east side, Master street to Jefferson street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #17 N. Bouvier street, both sides, Oxford street to Cecil B. Moore avenue. SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except RPP #17 Francis street, south side, Ridge avenue to N. 17th Street; north side, Ridge avenue to Perkiomen street.
