..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Mount Vernon street and N. 32nd street; N. 42nd street and Baring street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP#3 Mount Vernon street, south side, N. 32nd street to N. 33rd street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour parking 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except RPP #3 N. 42nd street, both sides, Baring street to Spring Garden street. ..End
