..Title Amending Bill No. 190153 (approved June 19, 2019), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2020 Capital Budget." ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 190153 (approved June 19, 2019) is amended as follows (deletions in Strikethrough; additions in Bold): SECTION 1. A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2020, totaling two billion, seven eight hundred and forty two six million, three six hundred and sixty two thirty seven thousand dollars ($2,742,362,000 $2,806,637,000), is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. Exhibit "A" to Bill No. 190153 (approved June 19, 2019) is amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. (Deletions in Strikethrough; additions in Bold.)
