..Title Authorizing the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City, to enter into a multi-year contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of The Philadelphia Code and related services and material all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of the The Philadelphia Code and related services and material. Such contract may be for a term in excess of one year, but not for a term in excess of four years. The City Solicitor shall include in such contract such other terms and conditions as the Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate in the interests of the City. ..End
