..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of Manton Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: Manton Street, between 24th Street and 25th Street, westbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after it becomes law.
