..Title Confirming the reappointment of JoAnn A. Epps, Esq., as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2024. ..Body WHEREAS, JoAnn A. Epps, Esq., was nominated and confirmed to serve as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics for a five-year term to end in November 2019; and WHEREAS, Ms. Epps has continued to serve as a one-year holdover in that seat on the Board; and WHEREAS, Mayor James F. Kenney has nominated Ms. Epps for reappointment to the Board for the term to end on November 16, 2024; and WHEREAS, Section 3-806 of the Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of members of the Board of Ethics; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of JoAnn A. Epps, Esq., as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2024. ..End
