..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Second Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. ..Body WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1419 S. Taylor Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of the Philadelphia Code. ..End 2
