The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 8:00AM - 12:00AM Monday - Saturday Except RPP#26 S. 15th street, both sides, Reed street to Dickinson street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour parking 6:00AM - 11:00PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #26 S. 19th street, both sides, Reed street to Dickinson street. SECTION 3.
