..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 from the General Fund, the Council to the General Fund, the Managing Director. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 within the General Fund: FROM: GENERAL FUND 2.1 THE COUNCIL Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 1,300,000 Total $ 1,300,000 Total "FROM" General Fund $ 1,300,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 1,300,000 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.13 THE MANAGING DIRECTOR Purchase of Services $ 1,300,000 Total $ 1,300,000 Total "TO" General Fund $ 1,300,000 Total "TO" Section $ 1,300,000 SECTION 2. It is the intent of Council through this Ordinance to support a program to help sustain and stimulate the post-COVID-19 recovery of the Arts & Culture community of Philadelphia. SECTION 3.
