..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: �9-213. Farmers' Markets (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: (ppp) The sidewalk and adjoining curb lane in the rear of 6301 Haverford Avenue. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately. ..End
