Title 13 of the Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 13. WATER AND SEWER * * * � 13-307. Water Pipe Ownership Disclosure. (1) Before any buyer is obligated under any contract to purchase residential housing, the seller shall provide to the buyer such information regarding the ownership structure of water and sewer lines in the City as established by the Water Department by regulation and made available by the Department on a publicly accessible website. ..End
