..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades, and Professions," by creating a new Chapter 9-5600, entitled "Automotive Repair & Care Shop Parking," to regulate the parking operations of Automobile Repair & Care Shops within the City of Philadelphia, in certain circumstances, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," is amended as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS * * * CHAPTER 9-5600. AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR & CARE SHOP PARKING * * * � 9-5601 Definitions. In this Chapter, the following definitions apply: (1) "Automotive Repair & Care Shop." Any facility being used or intended to be used for the inspections, repairs, maintenance, washing, or cleaning of motor vehicles, trailers, and parts thereof. � 9-5602 Operation Automotive Repair & Care Shop Parking. (1) No Automotive Repair & Care Shop may park vehicles that they are servicing, have serviced, or intend to service on a public street or roadway in the City of Philadelphia. (2) Vehicles parked in the street by Automotive Repair & Care Shops shall be towed at the expense of the business that parked the vehicle, not at the expense of the vehicle's owner.
