..Title Requiring the Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to convert certain water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure on Wells Street between Frankford Avenue and Charles Street from private to public infrastructure, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, shall enter into agreements with the owners of the following properties for the City to acquire ownership of all water, sewer, and stormwater mains laid or constructed along Wells Street between Frankford Avenue and Charles Street: 4010 Wells Street; 4012 Wells Street; 4014 Wells Street; 4015 Wells Street; 4016-20 Wells Street; 4017 Wells Street; 4019 Wells Street; 4022 Wells Street; 4023 Wells Street; 4025 Wells Street; 4026 Wells Street; 4027 Wells Street; 4029 Wells Street; 6613 Frankford Avenue; and 6621-35 Frankford Avenue. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve the agreements necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which agreements shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purpose of this Ordinance. ..End
