..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Allens lane and Wissahickon avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: No Parking 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM April - October Allens lane, both sides, from Wissahickon avenue to the terminus of Allens lane 180 feet west of Orwell road. ..End
