..Title Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting vending on certain sections of 49th street; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: * * * CHAPTER 9-200 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS * * * �9-203. Street Vendors. * * * (9) Street Vending on Designated Streets * * * (e) Street vending shall be permitted on the following streets only from Monday through Sunday, and only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM: (.1) 49th street, both sides, from Parkside avenue to Jefferson street. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
