Bonsall Street, 1148 S. Cleveland Street, 2632 Ellsworth Street, 1410 S. Hicks Street, 2054 Gerrit Street, 2612, 2741 and 2743 Latona Street, 2123 Montrose Street, 1701 and 1703 S. Ringgold Street and 1714 S. Taylor Street in the Second Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. ..Body WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of the Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1306, 1308, 1310, 1312 and 1329 S. 21st Street, 1303 S. 23rd Street, 1306 S. 28th Street, 1213 S. Bonsall Street, 1148 S. Cleveland Street, 2632 Ellsworth Street, 1410 S. Hicks Street, 2054 Gerrit Street, 2612, 2741 and 2743 Latona Street, 2123 Montrose Street, 1701 and 1703 S. Ringgold Street and 1714 S. Taylor Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 1306, 1308, 1310, 1312 and 1329 S. 21st Street, 1303 S. 23rd Street, 1306 S. 28th Street, 1213 S.
