..Title Amending Section 14-513 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/TOD, Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District," to designate additional Transit-Oriented Development Transit Stations, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * � 14-513. /TOD, Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District. * * * (3) Designation. Any lot that meets the conditions set forth in subsection � 14-513(3)(b) shall be subject to the /TOD, Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District rules of this Section. (a) Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Transit Station, Designated. The following transit stations are designated as Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Transit Stations. Any renaming of a station shall not affect its designation herein. (.1) 46th Street Station (Market-Frankford Line). (.2) Frankford Transportation Center (Market-Frankford Line). [(.2)](.3) Erie-Torresdale Station (Market-Frankford Line). (.4) Tioga Station (Market-Frankford Line). [(.3)](.5) Allegheny Station (Market-Frankford Line).
