..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 3009 Wharton Street, 1554 S. Dover Street, 6052 Kingsessing Avenue, 6050 Kingsessing Avenue, 1926 S 60th Street & 6032 Chester Avenue, in the Second Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. ..Body WHEREAS Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 3009 Wharton Street, 1554 S. Dover Street, 6052 Kingsessing Avenue, 6050 Kingsessing Avenue, 1926 S 60th St & 6032 Chester Avenue, pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code. SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 3009 Wharton Street, 1554 S.
