..Title To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designation of a certain area of land located within an area bounded by 39th Street, Ludlow Street, 40th Street, and Market Street; to amend other rules related to zoning and approving a Master Plan for the site bounded by the forementioned area; and making related changes to various provisions of Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-106 of The Philadelphia Code, The Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designation of a certain area of land within an area bounded by 39th Street, Ludlow Street, 40th Street and Market Street from the existing zoning designation indicated on Map "A" (currently CMX-4), set forth below, to the zoning designation indicated on Map "B" (RMX-2), set forth below. SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, a Master Plan is hereby approved in the area generally bounded by 39th Street, Ludlow Street, 40th Street and Market Street, as set forth in Exhibit "C", which is on file with the Chief Clerk's Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference.
