The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1 Garrison Court, 1221 Ridge Avenue, 1227 Ridge Avenue, 1253 N. 30th Street, 1257 N. 30th Street, 1265 N. Dover Street, 1271 N. Dover Street, 1301 N. Dover Street, 1304 N. 29th Street, 1304 N. Dover Street, 1318 N. Dover Street, 1322 N. Dover Street, 1324 N.
