..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant PECO Energy Company an easement for the purpose of installing transmission lines across a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in the area bounded by 34th Street, Grays Ferry Avenue and the Schuylkill River Pierhead Line, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to amend, modify or replace an existing utility easement agreement between the City of Philadelphia, successor in title to E.I. DuPont De Nemours and Company, and PECO Energy Company, formerly known as Philadelphia Electric Company, or a related entity, for the area bounded by 34th Street, Grays Ferry Avenue and the Schuylkill River Pierhead Line. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
