..Title Establishing parking regulations on Saybrook avenue, from Melville street to 46th street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. All existing street specific parking regulations on the following street are hereby terminated: Saybrook avenue, from Melville street to 46th street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulations are hereby established: NO STOPPING ANYTIME Saybrook avenue, south side, from Melville street to 46th street. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
