..Title Amending Bill No. 220285, entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2023 Capital Budget," and amending Bill No. 220284, entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2023-2028 inclusive," to add certain projects in the Eighth Council District to the capital budget for FY 2023 and make other related conforming and other changes to the FY 2023 Capital Budget ordinance and the FY 2023-2028 Capital Program ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Bill No. 220285 (approved June __, 2022), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2023 Capital Budget," is hereby amended, to add appropriations for capital maintenance, repair, construction, equipment and other projects at the following locations, in the following amounts, in such manner as will allow expenditure of capital funds for projects connected to such facilities in FY 2023, with adjustments to such totals and other figures set forth in such Bill as necessary to carry out the intent of this amendment, as further reflected in the attached amendments to Exhibit A to such Bill (Exhibit "1" hereto): Barrett Playground $ 3.0 Million Jerome Brown Recreation Center $ 7.0 Million SECTION 2. Bill No. 220284 (approved June __, 2022), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2023-2028 inclusive," is hereby amended to make all conforming changes necessary to incorporate the changes made to Bill No. 220285 by this ordinance, including adjustments to such totals and other figures set forth in Bill No. 220284 as necessary to carry out the intent of this amendment, as further reflected in the attached amendments to Exhibit A to such Bill (Exhibit "2" hereto). ..End
