..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Gorgas Lane between Ridge Avenue and Lawnton Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: Gorgas Lane, between Ridge Avenue and Lawnton Street, eastbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
