..Title Amending Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers, Semitrailers, Truck Tractors, and Vending Carts," to provide prohibitions on semitrailer and truck tractor parking in the Ninth District of Council, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-900 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-900. PARKING REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES. * * * � 12-919. On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers, Semitrailers, Truck Tractors, and Vending Carts. (1) Definitions. In this Section, the following definitions shall apply: * * * (d) Semitrailer. As defined in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. � 102. (e) Truck Tractor. As defined in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. � 102. (2) Prohibited Conduct. * * * (c) No person shall park a semitrailer or truck tractor on any public street in the 9th Council District that has been determined by regulation of the Department of Streets to be a location with respect to which the safe and efficient use of the right-of-way by pedestrians or traffic would be impaired by such parking. * * * SECTION 2.
