..Title Establishing a two-way regulation on the southwesterly cartway of Vare Avenue, extending along the southwesterly side of The Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), from South 28th Street to Maiden Lane, and establishing a two-way regulation on South 28th Street, from Vare Avenue to Porter Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203(5) of The Philadelphia Code, the following two-way regulation, is hereby established on the southwesterly cartway of Vare Avenue, extending along the southwesterly side of The Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), from South 28th Street to Maiden Lane. SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 12-203(5) of The Philadelphia Code, the following two-way regulation, is hereby established on South 28th Street, from Vare Avenue to Porter Street. SECTION 3.
