..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Lawrence Street and Rockland; Lindley Avenue and N. 2nd street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Three Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP#18 Lawrence street, west side, Rockland to Roosevelt boulevard. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP#18 Lindley avenue, both sides, N. 2nd street and N. 3rd street. ..End
