..Title Recognizing the appointment of Albert W. Newman to the Veterans Advisory Commission. ..Body WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 190629, the Mayor is authorized to appoint two of the nine members of the Veterans Advisory Commission; and WHEREAS, The Mayor has chosen to appoint Albert W. Newman to the Commission; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby recognizes the Mayor's appointment of Albert W. Newman to the Veterans Advisory Commission for a five-year term commencing January 1, 2023. ..End
