..Title Establishing parking regulations on certain streets in the area bounded by South 63rd Street, Passyunk Avenue, Essington Avenue, South 70th Street, and Lindbergh Boulevard, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. For the purposes of this ordinance, Trailer shall be defined as it is in the Vehicle Code at 75 Pa. C.S. � 102. SECTION 2. The following no truck or trailer parking regulations are hereby established: NO TRUCK OR TRAILER PARKING ANYTIME Essington Avenue access road, both sides, between its northerly terminus at Passyunk Avenue and its southerly terminus at Essington Avenue. SECTION 3. The following parking regulations are hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday Essington Avenue access road, west side, between its northerly terminus at Passyunk Avenue and its southerly terminus at Essington Avenue. SECTION 4. The following no truck or trailer parking regulations are hereby established: NO TRUCK OR TRAILER PARKING ANYTIME Norwitch Drive, both sides, between its northerly terminus and South 70th Street. SECTION 5. The following no truck or trailer parking regulations are hereby established: NO TRUCK OR TRAILER PARKING ANYTIME South 67th Street, both sides, between Essington Avenue and Norwitch Drive. SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect upon replacement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
